How to subscribe to our Members-only Area - 2

If you are a PayPal member before paying the annual fee you have to agree to "Privacy Policy" (Italian law - 196/03) and "Subscription Rules"

Your personal information collected during the subscription to the Members-only Area of The Italian Taste website will be used only by R&D a.s. (Via S.Eusebio 20/h - Oleggio (NO) - Italy) e-mail info @theitaliantaste.com in his capacity as a holder of the personal information treatment.

You voluntarily supply personal information but you have to supply personal information if you want to subscribe to the Members-only Area of The Italian Taste website.

R&D a.s. requires that you supply certain personally identifiable information including a unique e-mail address, your name, address, taxpayer code and billing information to subscribe. Besides you are agreeing to the terms of "Subscription Rules" and this Policy Privacy.

Your personal information will be used only for the subscription, the invoice and the emails sent during the year for the account management.  
 
Your personal information WILL NEVER BE TRANSFERED to third party for information, promotion and commercial offer. 
 
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, R&D a.s. has put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information it collects online during the subscription.

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on this page.

- "Subscription Rules"

SUBSCRIPTION RULES 
The rules, listed further on, are applied to the subscription to the Members-only Area supplied by R&D associated study (Oleggio - via S. Eusebio 20/h - 28047 Oleggio (NO) - ITaly). This society manages The Italian Taste website(www.theitaliantaste.com). 
Everyone who subscribes to this restricted area (mentioned further on as "Member" or "Members") must accept all these rules.

1. Terms and conditions of the Service. 
You have to read and agree to Privacy Policy and Subscription Rules in order to subscribe to Members-only Area. 
You have to pay an annual fee to access to the Members-only Area. R&D s.a. shall decide every year the amount of the fee. 
R&D a.s. asks to every Member only the data necessary for the invoice. Then only the data necessary for the account management will be kept (username, password, email address and subscription date). Other data may derive from the mode of payment (PayPal or bank transfer). Every change of the email address must be emailed (info @theitaliantaste.com).
R&D a.s. may cut off or stop the access to the Members-only Area at any moment, without any warning. Obviously in this case every Member will be refunded  a share of the annual fee, proportional to the period of non-service.
Particularly R&D a.s. shall stop the access to the Members-only Area, with immediate effect and without any warning and repayment, in the following events:
- When a Member uses the Service for unlawful purposes or violates the Copyright (all materials published on TheItalianTaste.com - articles, photographs, images, illustrations - are protected by copyright)
- When a Member let a third party use his own username and password to login and visit the Members-only Area

2. Modifications of the Contract Conditions. 
The subscription will last for a year beginning from the subscription date. R&D a.s. shall decide to offer a longer subscription at his discretion. 
R&D a.s. may change, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time which shall become effective immediately upon posting. Every Member will be emailed any change.

3. Password security.
Every Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his own username and password, which he will not have to reveal to any third party.
Every Member shall notify info @theitaliantaste.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of his own account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of his username and password. 
Every Member may ask to change his own username and password to The Italian Taste team (info @theitaliantaste.com)

4. Prohibition of resale and non commercial use of the service.
The right to use the Service is personal and not transferable. 
Every Member is forbidden to resale or make any commercial use of the Service.

5. Link. 
The Members-only Area of TheItalianTaste.com contains links to other related World Wide Web Internet sites and resources. Since TheItalianTaste.com is not responsible for the availability of these outside resources, or their contents, every Member should direct any concerns regarding any external link to the site administrator or Webmaster of such site.

6. TheItalianTaste.com content 
The Service and its Contents are protected by international copyright laws. Every Member may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create new works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the Content or the Service  in whole or in part. 
Every Member may download or copy the Content and other downloadable items displayed on the Service for personal use only, provided that he maintains all copyright and other notices contained therein. Copying or storing of any Content for other than personal use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from The Italian Taste team.

7. Guarantee exclusion.
R&D a.s. doesn't guarantee that his recipes or decorations are up to the expectations of the Member, or that are suitable, sure o without error; besides R&D a.s. doesn't guarantee the expected results.

9. Manleva. The Customer engages itself to use the Services exclusively for lawful and admitted scopes from the enforced applicable dispositions of law, from the uses and customs, the rules of diligenza, in any case without to offend rights of any third party, customer of the mass media or, and placing less particular with regard to the norms of protection of the data, to the laws in matter of protection of the intellectual and industrial property and to the norm in matter of telecommunicationses. The Customer assumes entire every responsibility on the content of the messages and of the witnesses she sendes you from part its or to its name R&D s.a., acknowledging of only responsible and raising R&D s.a., let alone the subjects to it she connects to you or from it she controls to you, its representatives, the dependant let alone any partner of The Italian Taste from any consequent demand for damage or availed again and reimbursing R&D s.a of every cost deriving from pretensions or actions of thirds party in its confront for damages caused from the Customer or persons authorized from the Customer to approach the Services.
