- 5/10 milk
- 1/10 sugar syrup
- An egg yolk
- Pinch of nutmeg
How to make itPlace some ice cubes in the shaker and add all the other ingredients, except nutmeg. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the glass. Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg over the surface. The cocktail is ready.
