Ingredients

  • 6/10 chilled Champagne
  • 4/10 orange juice

How to make it

Squeeze orange and pour its juice into the glass that must be very cold.
Remember to pass the juice through a strainer.
Add Champagne.
Your cocktail is ready.

Variations and note

This cocktail is also known as "Mimosa".
Serve it before a meal.
It was created by Mr McGarry, a barman at the Buck's Club in London in 1921.
