alexander angers: a refined after dinner cocktail

Cocktail card

Type: short
Alcoholic level: alcoholic
Basic liqueur: Cointreau, Creme de Cacao
Equipment: shaker
Glassware: double cocktail glass
Garnish: a cube of orange chocolate

Ingredients
1/3 Cointreau
1/3 Crème de Cacao
1/3 cream (light or single)

How to make it
Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add all the ingredients. Shake for 6-8 seconds; place a cube of orange chocolate at the bottom of the glass and strain the mixture over it. Serve with a tea spoon.
The cocktail is ready.
