How to make itFrost the rim of the glass with salt. Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add Cointreau, Tequila and lime juice. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the glass with some ice cubes. Serve undecorated. The cocktail is ready.
Variations and noteThis is the first cocktail based on Tequila and Cointreau; it was invented by Sames Margarita, a lady in Acapulco, for 1948 Christmas holidays. Now it is well known all over the world. But it is different from Margarita (IBA cocktail).
