bairiki cocktail-
(Our original recipe)

Time: few minutes

1/2 melon
200 ml (7 fl oz - 2/3 cup) Vodka
100 ml (3,5 fl oz - 1/3 cup) Blue Curacao
1 bottle of cool Prosecco

Authentic Italian recipe -

  Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
  The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)

Inspired by Bairiki
Pacific Ocean, the Gilbert Islands and in the Island of Tarawa the city of Bairiki..
The colour of this cocktail recalls the shades of a tropical sea...

Cut the melon pulp in little pieces and let them steep in a jug with Vodka and Blue Curaçao.
Place the jug in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Add Prosecco and the cocktail is ready to serve.
