raspberry vinegar
(Vinegar with raspberries - Our recipe)

Time: preparation: 10 minutes plus time for
........ marinating raspberries

doses for rasberry vinegar

250 ml (8 fl oz - 1 C) white vinegar
100 g (3 1/2 oz) raspberries

  Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
  The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)

Wash the raspberries quickly and pat dry with absorbent kitchen paper. Pour vinegar into a little container and add raspberries. Close very well and let them marinate for about 20 days. At this point filter vinegar and put in a bottle. Vinegar is ready.
It's very delicate and it's the ideal thing also for dressing fruit salads. You can use it for marinating meat, fish or vegetables or for dressing strawberries.
