Fragole al succo d'arancia
Orange-flavored strawberries
The desserts with strawberries as main ingredient are a lot but have you ever tried to combine the strawberries with the orange juice? There is a time of the year when you can find oranges and strawberries in the same time (usually May and early June). We prepared the strawberries washed and cut into pieces and then poured over the strawberries some orange juice instead of lemon as the classic version of strawberry salad suggests. It 's really good.
In addition, we used the fructose instead of sugar. Having a higher sweetening power you can have a low-calorie dessert without paying anything in terms of taste.
