Soak the three layers of sponge cake with a mixture made with the greater part of milk and some tablespoons sherry. If you want, you can use only milk. Mix the jam with some tablespoons milk. You can choose the jam that you or your child prefer. Place the first layer of the sponge cake on the serving platter and spoon some jam. Cover with the second layer and spread other jam; complete with the third layer. Spoon the remaining jam on the side of your cake. Place wafers along the side one after the other; if they are too long, cut them with a knife. For more details you can look at the photo!

Sprinkle bitter cocoa on the surface of your cake. Make the roof to the pandoro cakes: cut the base and place it on the top. Put the pandoro and panettone cakes on the surface and begin garnishing! Sprinkle the pandoro cakes with icing sugar and panettone cakes with bitter cocoa. Make some little streets among the cakes using coloured little sugar-coated sweets. Make the main doors with chocolate-coated biscuits; look at the photo for more details. "Glue" the biscuits on the cakes using some jam. Put little cubes of candied orange where you prefer. At the end arrange worm candies along the little streets, on the roofs or where you want.
Your cake is ready.
