Grape tart
This tart with grapes and amaretti biscuits is a delicate dessert for your children but it's ideal to close a late summer or early autumn menu too. It's an easy-to-do and quick-to-do recipe.

- 450g (1 pound) rich shortcrust pastry
- 2 amaretti biscuits
- 1.2kg (2 2/3 pounds) firm but ripe grapes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 50g (1 3/4 ounce) white flour
- Baking parchment

Choose ripe but firm fresh grapes and wash them. Remove berries from the stalk and pat dry with absorbent kitchen paper.
Preheat oven to 190° C (375° F). Line the cake pan with baking parchment. Roll out
the pastry and pat it into
the cake pan using your flour-dipped fingers.
Prick it with a fork and crumble the two macaroons on its surface.
Fill up with the berries, dredge with sugar and bake for 20 minutes .
