Tuna-and-tomato spaghetti recipe
This recipe, that may seem banal, has always a great success with my guests; besides you don't need particular ingredients and that is a good thing for making fast spaghetti!!!
Meanwhile you're cooking spaghetti, prepare your sauce. Let garlic fry lightly in olive oil together with red hot chilli pepper; then add
tomatoes, tuna (remember to drip oil very well) and olive cream. Season to taste with salt and cook for few minutes.
Drain pasta very well and dress them with the sauce.
You can also eat them cold: they are very good!
