Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)
Clean, wash and steam French beans; cut them into little pieces.
Steam salmon trout fillets, remove the skin and cut into pieces. Remember to take away all the bones you can see.
Wash tomatoes, boil them for 1 minute, peel and remove all the seeds and juices; chop them finely.
Cook pasta following the instructions on the package. Drain and pass under cold running water in order to stop cooking.
Put pasta in a large bowl together with French beans, trout fillets, tomatoes, aromatic herbs and olive oil.
Season to taste with oil and stir accurately.
Preserve pasta salad in a cool place or in the refrigerator. In this last case remember to bring back to room temperature to serve.
What's the right wine?
