Pasta salad with artichokes and surimi crab sticks is easy-to-do, low-fat and low-calorie recipe ideal for summer days and buffet all year. It's a recipe of ours whose ingredients are: good-quality pasta, surimi crab sticks, canned artichokes, fresh onion, parsley, chives and olive oil.

- 1 40 g (1 1/2oz) young fresh onion

The recipe of pasta salad with artichokes and surimi
Prepare the ingredients to combine with pasta. Drain the artichokes, slice them and slice the onion and fish too. Put all these ingredients in a bowl and add the aromatic herbs. Pour in the olive oil and stir.
Cook the pasta. Bring to the boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta al dente stage according to the instructions on the package or our instructions. Drain the pasta and run under cold water in order to stop cooking, drain again.
The last step. Transfer the pasta into the bowl and stir.
Your dish is ready!

- - Daily menu. Pasta salad with artichokes and surimi crab sticks has a right amount of calories, fat, protein, carbohydrate. Complete your meal with raw or cooked seasonal vegetable if you are still hungry (dressed with half a tablespoon of olive oil) and fruit.
