pasta salad with artichokes and fish

  • 160 g (5 3/4 oz) short pasta
  • 1 400 g (14 oz) can artichokes, sliced
  • 90 g (3 1/4 oz) surimi crab sticks
  • 1 40 g (1 1/2 oz)young fresh onion
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Bring to the boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile drain the artichokes and slice the onion and fish. Put all these ingredients in a bowl and add the herbs.
Drain the short pasta and then add it in the bowl. Dress with olive oil and stir; add salt only if necessary.
Serve at room temperature.
