Sea fish
Sea fish is better than fresh water one for our feeding. We should
choose it many times in a week if we want to eat low fat recipes. There are a lot of recipes and various ways for
cooking sea fish. It can be poached, steamed, pan-fried or deep-fried, grilled, barbecued or baked. It can be used
in fillings, mousses, patés and terrines,or in the preparation of pasta, risotto, appetizers.
Another thing:fish cooks quickly!
