Crustaceans (lobster, shrimps, prawns, mantis prawn ...)
Who doesn't like seafood? all or almost all love them. From here to know how to cook, serve and eat correctly in formal occasions ... never mind ... it is better.
In my life I have seen anything.
- Serve shellfish with their whole shell without the tools to open them. Except that somebody will place, with discretion, a little bowl near you where you can wash your hands, or better the tips of your fingers, greasy however up to the elbow!
- To confuse shellfish with molluscs. .
- To sit down at the restaurant and be wrapped in a big bib (?). And then you do not know whether to thank for saving your shirt or curse the moment you have chosen a restaurant where the kitchen staff doesn't know how to serve a shelled crustacean with its shell on the serving platter.
