Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)
This is a real recipe from Italy but there are a lot of versions; we suggest our version: a low fat and simple recipe!
Clean flat lobsters and wash them.
In a saucepan put olive oil, chopped tomatoes, leeks and parsley, the other aromatic herbs and wine. Begin cooking over
a low heat, half-covered. Add flat lobsters after 10 minutes, season to taste with salt and let them cook for other 10-15
minutes until cooking juice is well retired.
Toast bread slices, put them on the bottom of a soup plate and cover them with your chowder. Serve immediately.
What's the right wine?
Our suggestion is: Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi (white wine from Marche - Italy).
