Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)
It's a recipe from Mediterranean area; we modified it. It's very simple and tasty.
Thaw prawns at room temperature. It needs 3-4 hours. Then drain them very well and pat dry with absorbent kitchen
paper. Squeeze your lemon and let prawns marinate in its juice for about 30 minutes. Remember to turn them now and
then with a spoon.
Meanwhile steam French beans, cut them into pieces and put in a bowl. Add prawns, drained from lemon juice, aromatic
herbs and olive oil. Season to taste with salt, stir and serve.

What's the right wine?
Our suggestion is: Regaleali Bianco (white wine from Sicily)
