  Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
  The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)

This menu serves 3 but it's very simple to vary the quantities.
If you have any problem,!
You can find the ingredients easily, except for Jerusalem artichokes. In this case the first course can be substituted with a simple tomatoes cream.
Some things can be prepared in advance.
You can cook tomatoes and Jerusalem artichokes for the cream and purée them. The last step may be done just before serving.
You can cover fish fillets with breadcrumbs. They may be cooked in the oven in few minutes.
You can clean and wash your green salad under running water.
So your menu is ready in a short time.
