  Spoon measures are American spoons, that is standard cook's measuring spoons used in USA.
  The best plan is to regard 2 American teaspoons or tablespoons as 1 English teaspoon or tablespoon (eating spoons)

This recipe is very easy and you can serve these potatoes as a side dish in many occasions with meat or fish. Choose the right number of potatoes according to your guests and their appetite!
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Meanwhile wash potatoes and roll up in the right quantity of aluminum foil; bake for almost 30 minutes. Control their cooking with a fork.
When they are cooked, remove aluminum foil, cut them and dress with oil and salt. If you want, you can make some cuts on their surface when they're hot and put some butter inside; season to taste with salt.
