Grasshopper cocktail

Identity Card

Type: short (IBA version)

Alcoholic level: alcoholic

Basic liqueur: Crème de Menthe verte, Crème de Cacao blanche

Equipment: shaker

Glassware: double cocktail glass

Garnish: undecorated

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Crème de Menthe verte
  • 1/3 Crème de Cacao blanche
  • 1/3 Cream

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add all the other ingredients. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the chilled glass. Serve undecorated. The cocktail is ready. You have to serve it after dinner.
