How to make it:
Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add all the ingredients but nutmeg. Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds and strain into the glass. Nutmeg on top. The cocktail is ready.Variations and note:
If you prefer a sweeter taste, you have to add 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. It isn't very easy to add 2/10 egg yolk. You can use this recipe too: 2 drops of Brandy, 4 cl red Porto, an egg yolk and 2 tablespoons cane sugar, if you want. Nutmeg on top. You have to serve it after dinner.Rate this!
