White Russian cocktail

Alcoholic level: alcoholic

Basic liqueur: Vodka

Equipment: directly in the glass

Glassware: Old Fashioned glass

Garnish: undecorated

Ingredients:

  • 5/10 Vodka
  • 3/10 coffee liqueur
  • 2/10 cream

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the glass and add vodka and coffee liqueur. Mix for 6-8 seconds with the bar spoon and float the cream, half-whipped, on top. Don't mix again! Serve undecorated. The cocktail is ready.

Variations and note:

You can prepare this cocktail, that is an after dinner, in the small goblet too! It was created in 50s in USA.
