Alessi cocktail

Identity Card

Alcoholic level: alcoholic

Basic liqueur: Tia Maria

Equipment: shaker

Glassware: double cocktail glass

Garnish: undecorated

Ingredients:

  • 3/5 Tia Maria
  • 2/5 Crème de cacao
  • 2 tablespoons cream (single or light)

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add Tia Maria and Crème de cacao. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the glass. Spoon the cream but be careful not to mix it with the other ingredients. The cocktail is ready.
