Bamboo cocktail

Alcoholic level: alcoholic

Basic liqueur: Dry Sherry

Equipment: mixing glass

Glassware: cocktail glass

Garnish: undecorated

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Dry Sherry
  • 1/2 Dry Vermouth
  • A drop of Orange Bitter

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the mixing glass and add the other ingredients. Mix with a spoon bar and pour into the glass. The cocktail is ready.

Variations and note:

It's an old cocktail, well known all over the world. Recently it was modified. You can add Orange Schweppes and it becomes a long drink (Bamboo 2nd R.). You can serve it all day and before lunch or dinner too!
