Basic liqueur: Amaro Averna

Equipment: mixing glass

Glassware: Paris Goblet

Garnish: a cocktail cherry

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 Amaro Averna
  • 1/3 Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes of Apricot Brandy

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the mixing glass and add all the other ingredients. Mix for 6-8 seconds with the bar spoon and pour into the glass. Decorate with a cocktail cherry. The cocktail is ready.
