Alcoholic level: low-alcohol recipe

Basic liqueur: Dry White Wine

Equipment: directly in the glass

Glassware: Paris Goblet

Garnish: undecorated

Ingredients:

  • 3/5 Dry White Wine
  • 2/5 Select Pilla
  • 2 dashes of Soda Water

How to make it:

Pour all the ingredients, very cold, into the glass. The cocktail is ready.

Variations and note:

Some barmen add an ice cube; other barmen use to squeeze an orange rind over the surface to add fragrance.
