Alcoholic level: alcoholic

Basic liqueur: Scotch Whisky

Equipment: directly in the glass

Glassware: Old Fashioned glass

Garnish: undecorated


  • 6/10 Scotch Whisky
  • 4/10 Drambuie

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the glass and add all the other ingredients. Mix well with the bar spoon and squeeze a lemon rind over the surface to add fragrance. The cocktail is ready.

Variations and note:

It's an after dinner cocktail. You can also serve it in the cocktail glass without ice. It was created in 50s in Scotland.
