- 200 ml (7fl oz - 2/3 cup) of brandy
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 bottle of cool Prosecco

Cut 15 Chinese mandarins in two halves and put them in a jug with brandy and sugar. Make them steep at least for 6 hours.
Just before serving, add a bottle of cool "Prosecco" and sprinkle with Angostura.
