Vinegar with raspberries
- 250 ml (8 fl oz - 1 C) white vinegar
- 100 g (3 1/2oz) raspberries

Wash the raspberries quickly and pat dry with absorbent kitchen paper. Pour vinegar into a little container and add raspberries. Close very well and let them marinate for about 20 days. At this point filter vinegar and put in a bottle. Vinegar is ready.
It's very delicate and it's the ideal thing also for dressing fruit salads. You can use it for marinating meat, fish or vegetables or for dressing strawberries.
