- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cubed
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz) shelled walnuts
- 8 tablespoons olive oil

Clean and wash carefully green. Drain it very well. This can be done in advance, some hours before serving in order to eliminate water. Just before serving you have to peel and cube apples. In a bowl mix all the ingredients. Season with salt. Serve at once.
