Brandy Egg-Nog cocktail

Identity Card

Type: egg-nogs (IBA version)

Alcoholic level: low-alcohol recipe

Basic liqueur: Brandy

Equipment: shaker

Glassware: highball glass

Garnish: undecorated

Ingredients:

  • 4/10 Brandy
  • 5/10 milk
  • 1/10 sugar syrup
  • An egg yolk
  • Pinch of nutmeg

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add all the other ingredients, except nutmeg. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the glass. Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg over the surface. The cocktail is ready.

Variations and note:

You can serve it in the hot version too! You have to serve it after dinner.
