Gibson Cocktail

Basic liqueur: Gin

Garnish: a cocktail sweet little onion

Ingredients:

9/10 Gin
1/10 Dry Vermouth

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the mixing glass and add the other ingredients. Mix for few seconds with the bar spoon and pour into the glass. Decorate with a cocktail sweet little onion. The cocktail is ready.

Variations and note:

You can also prepare this cocktail "on the rocks". Pour ingredients directly into Old Fashioned glass with a lot of ice cubes. Decorate in the same way. The cocktail is ready. You can serve Gibson before a meal. This cocktail was created by Charles Dana Gibson, "Life" illustrator.
