Parson's Special cocktail

Identity Card

Type: highball (IBA version)

Alcoholic level: non alcoholic

Basic liqueur: no liqueur

Equipment: shaker

Glassware: highball glass

Garnish: undecorated

Ingredients:

  • 6/10 orange juice
  • 2/10 Grenadine
  • 2/10 Soda Water
  • An egg yolk

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add orange juice, Grenadine and egg yolk. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the glass. Pour in Soda Water. The cocktail is ready. You can serve it at any time.
