Rose cocktail

Identity Card

Type: short (IBA version)

Alcoholic level: alcoholic

Basic liqueur: Dry Vermouth

Equipment: mixing glass

Glassware: cocktail glass

Garnish: a cocktail cherry

Ingredients:

  • 6/10 Dry Vermouth
  • 2/10 Kirsch
  • 2/10 Cherry Brandy

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the mixing glass and add all the other ingredients. Mix well for 6-8 seconds with the bar spoon and pour into the glass. Decorate with a cocktail cherry. The cocktail is ready.

Variations and note:

It's a cocktail pre dinner. It was created in 20s. The original recipe was: 2/4 Gin, 1/4 Dry Vermouth and 1/4 Cherry Brandy. Some bartenders use Apricot Brandy instead of Cherry Brandy.
