Shirley Temple cocktail

Type: highballs (IBA version)

Alcoholic level: non alcoholic

Basic liqueur: no liqueur

Equipment: directly in the glass

Glassware: highball glass

Garnish: 2 cocktail cherries

Ingredients:

  • 9/10 Ginger Ale
  • 1/10 Grenadine

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the glass and add all the other ingredients. Mix well for 6-8 seconds with the bar spoon and decorate with 2 cocktail cherries. Serve with straws. The cocktail is ready.

Variations and note:

You can serve it at any time. It was created in the last 30s in honor of the child star, well known all over the world, by a bartender who worked at Chasen's Restaurant in Hollywood. This restaurant was the favorite for many stars for a lot of years.
