Caffè Florian cocktail

Identity Card

Alcoholic level: alcoholic

Basic liqueur: Crema Cacao Stock, Mammuth

Equipment: directly in the glass

Glassware: Paris Goblet

Garnish: 3 cloves inserted into 2 long lemon and orange rinds

Ingredients:

  • A double hot Italian coffee
  • 20 g Crema Cacao Stock
  • 20 g Mammuth liqueur
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

How to make it:

Warm up the glass with hot steam or water. Pour in all the ingredients and mix well with the bar spoon. Decorate with 3 cloves inserted into 2 long lemon and orange rinds. The cocktail is ready.

Variations and note:

You can also use Triple Sec instead of Mammuth
