Lella cocktail

Identity Card

Alcoholic level: alcoholic

Basic liqueur: Rosé Vermouth

Equipment: shaker

Glassware: Old Fashioned glass

Garnish: undecorated

Ingredients:

  • 4/6 Rosé Vermouth
  • 1/6 Framboise Marie Brizard
  • 1/6 lemon juice
  • 2 dashes of raspberry syrup
  • 4 teaspoons egg white

How to make it:

Place some ice cubes in the shaker and add all the other ingredients. Shake for 6-8 seconds and strain into the glass, left ice included. Serve undecorated. The cocktail is ready.
