Bruschetta al salmone
Smoked salmon bruschetta alias garlic-and-smoked-salmon on toast

You'll need few ingredients: bread slices from a loaf (possibly without salt), smoked salmon, chives, fresh onions, garlic, extra vergin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Salmon bruschetta recipe
Clean the cloves of garlic.
Cut the salmon slices into little strips as you can see on the photo.
Clean and slice the onions.
Lightly toast both sides of the bread slices.
On one side of each slice, rub a cut clove of garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
Arrange the salmon strips, chives and onions.
Brush with the olive oil.
Serve warm.

- - If you don't like garlic, you can substitute it with much more chives and onion.
