Wash and dry the fresh grapes; remove the berries from their stalk. If it is possible, you can pick out the seeds from every berry with the top of a knife or a vegetable peeler.
The berries and pieces of "fontina" cheese must be alternated on the skewers; combine them according the different colours of fresh grapes.
The skewers can be placed on a dish or stuck into some fruits (apples, oranges, melons).
What's the right cocktail?
Our suggestion is: "Italian Prosecco".
