This dish is a new and original pasta recipe we make at home very seldom as it's very rich in calories and fat. Tagliatelle are special pasta shape as they are chocolate tagliatelle. Look at the photo! Sure, they are made with all purpose flour and cocoa powder. We find them in gourmet food shops or we make at home! If you don't find them you can make at home. Follow our instructions!
While you're cooking tagliatelle, you have to prepare the sauce. In a little saucepan add all the ingredients, season
to taste with salt and cook over a gentle flame for only a minute. If the sauce isn't smooth, you can add some
tablespoons of the hot water in which you can boil the pasta.
Drain tagliatelle very well, pour them into a bowl and dress with the sauce.
Serve at once.
Note
- - This dish is delicate and you have to choose the other dishes for a tasty Italian menu very carefully. The ideal choice would be assorted salami and bruschetta as starter and game as second course. Choose the prefered dessert to close the meal. In this way you have a perfect menu idea for a celebration, an anniversary or a birthday dinner party!
- - If you want you can use toasted hazelnuts instead of walnuts.
- - Choose good-quality pasta for the best result!

What's the right wine?
Our suggestion is: Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Cartizze (sparkling wine from Venetia)
