  • 2 ripe but firm tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Arrange the slices of mozzarella and tomato, alternating them, on a dish. Dress with salt and oil. If you like, you can use pepper too.
With a little fantasy you can modify this recipe; you can arrange mozzarella and tomato on fresh green salad, after dressing it; you can add green or black olives, stoned, or fresh or dried chives and so on.

Note

  • - This one-plate meal is suitable for summer. It serves two but you have to add abundant fresh bread and seasonal fruit for a complete meal.
