Arrange the slices of mozzarella and tomato, alternating them, on a dish. Dress with salt and oil.

With a little fantasy you can modify this recipe; you can arrange mozzarella and tomato on fresh green
salad, after dressing it; you can add green or black olives, stoned, or fresh or dried chives and so on.
