Baked cherry tomatoes

- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 20 cherry mozzarella
- A bunch of chives, chopped
- Anchovy fillets in oil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Wash the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the pulp. Season to taste with salt, put some chives, a drop of oil and a cherry mozzarela inside.
Arrange a piece of anchovy or a fillet over and bake for 8-10 minutes or until mozzarella melts.
Serve lukewarm or cold.
Note
- - This recipes serves 2 but the doses are enough for more peolple if you prepare refreshments.
- - You can also serve the cherry tomatoes without baking them. They’re very tasty!

- - If you don’t find cherry mozzarella cut a mozzarella into little pieces.
