The acronym IBA means International Bartenders Association. The list of these cocktails comes from the global competition that is held every year and then is automatically renewed very often. The list of IBA cocktails included once pre-dinner cocktails (dry or medium), after dinner cocktails (sweet), long drinks (Collins type) and popular.
Currently, the division is made between: Contemporary Classics, The Unforgettables and New Era Drinks.
To name just a few IBA cocktails: the timeless Martini, Bacardi, Negroni, Bellini, Champagne Cocktail, Piña Colada, Margarita ... Do you know them, right?
In our website, however, you find them, for the moment, offered in alphabetical order because it seemed to us more practical.
