This is a collection of true Italian recipes from appetizers to desserts. I have roots in different regions of Italy. My mom was Piedmontese, my father from Abruzzo. Thanks to my father's profession, an army officer, my birth family lived in several cities. In my life I've learned many cooking techniques and a lot of different combinations of ingredients, typical of all regions I know.
Besides my husband is from Apulia and his father from Naples. So when I met him I enriched my experience very much.
Even now I never cease to learn for my curiosity and desire to do new things. In fact, among all recipes there are a lot created by me, always according to the Italian style and Mediterranean diet.
All recipes are divided into two groups for your everyday menu and special occasions.
My husband and I are only sorry about one thing. We have been on the web since 2000 and it's time for a reastyling but we are only two and our first job is to teach.
