How to serve hot meat appetizers

They can be served together with cold ones to make assorted platters of extraordinary taste, refined or rustic. You can assemble a lot of different morsels or make a more refined choice by limiting their number.
A good Italian example is "gnocco fritto" served with culatello, a kind of cold cuts. A lot of Emilian restaurants also serve tigelle with culatello.
Another example? vegetables stuffed with sausage or meat .
