- 300 g (10 1/2oz) fresh salmon, in two large slices
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Dry white wine
- Salt

Marinate salmon slices in the white wine with aromatic herbs for about an hour.
Cook the fish on the hot grill on both sides: pay attention when you turn out the fish in order not
to break the slices.
Arrange every slice on a dish and dress everyone with 2 tablespoons olive oil and a pinch of salt.
