Version with mustard

This is a light sauce; it's a recipe of ours. We don't use mayonnaise as a basic ingredient. For this reason is a low fat recipe. You can use it with fresh and raw vegetables or meat or fish according to your taste. We have two version: the first with mustard and the second with honey.
Choose a very ripe avocado; its pulp can also be mashed with a fork. Peel avocado and remove its stone; cut into pieces. Purée it with mustard, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender or food processor until smooth. Season to taste with salt. If you want, you can modify the quantity of mustard according to your taste.
The sauce is ready. Keep in the refrigerator.

Version with honey

In this case you have to substitute mustard with honey (2 teaspoons). The steps are the same
