Corvina Veronese (40 - 70%), Rondinella ( 20 - 40%), Molinara ( 5 - 25%), Rossignola and/or Negrara Trentina and/or Barbera and/or Sangiovese (0 - 15%)

ruby red with maroon accents with aging
Aroma:
winy, agreeable, delicate, characteristic that remembers sometimes the bitter almonds
Taste:
bone-dry or velvety, firm, bitterish, sapid and harmonious
