  • 20 g (3/4 oz) unsalted butter
  • 40 g (1 1/3oz) paté de foie gras with black truffles
  • 1 40 g (1 1/3oz) wild boar salami in oil
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Butter all the crackers. Spread the paté over half of them; garnish with green peas (or with quail eggs, green olives, little pieces of peppers in oil ...) and mayonnaise.
Put a little slice of wild boar salame over the other crackers; garnish with mayonnaise.
