We have chosen the traditional recipes from Italian regions, after testing them for you, and we have also added some recipes of ours. The best way to enjoy focaccia is eating it with salami or cheese.
It is a fantastic snack, a good lunch or dinner, or, if cubed, an extraordinary appetizer!
